Shane has lived in the South Bay for nearly 40 years. He was born and raised in the area and is thrilled to be raising his own family in the same Torrance neighborhood that brought him so many wonderful experiences and memories.
His experiences in real estate over the past decade have given Shane a wealth of knowledge to share with his clients. As a homeowner, landlord, investor and property manager himself, Shane knows what to look for in any type of purchase, whether a single family residence in which to raise a family, an investment property to rent for a sustainable income, or something to buy, renovate and sell for a quick profit.
Shane is always up-to-date with the market, its conditions, and what’s trending. When short sales and foreclosures became commonplace, he was early in line to get accredited as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) agent able to help buyers and sellers navigate the complicated and often confounding process involved. He is trained and certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) ready to help aging homeowners interested in downsizing or exploring their assisted-living options.
Shane is a tireless advocate for his clients. His hard work and innovation help him to be creative in markets that are difficult. With his vast knowledge of Real Estate, Shane is able to help with all aspects of any transaction including, but not limited to, financing, escrow, inspection and title issues.
Superior customer service is the absolute goal for Shane. In the eyes of his clients, he’s not only a realtor; he’s a friend they can trust. No transaction is too big or too small, and his full effort is given to each deal. Shane strives to build relationships that last, and for each client to make him their preferred partner in future Real Estate endeavors.
When not selling real estate, Shane keeps an active, healthy lifestyle. He stays involved at home with his wife and two young children. He volunteers as a manager and coach for his kids’ baseball, softball and soccer teams and they also share their love of sports together at both community-based and professional ball games.
