South Bay Volleyball began in 1997, training players to shape up and step up. Their experienced coaches hold classes, private lessons, jump training and leagues for interest players of all skill levels. Their latest program focuses on injury prevention, development of stronger cardio, balance, core strength, agility, and reaction training all specific to beach volleyball.
It’s a chance to enjoy playing with others who have the same passion and drive to learn and be better players, and to gain some of those skills and techniques that you’ve been watching.
